A Story of Four Generations
My grandmother Joan inherited an 1898 British gold sovereign from her mother and wore it throughout her life. When she passed away at the age of 102, I wanted to create something for my mother that would keep her memory close.
I transformed the sovereign into a diamond-set Signature Medallion, preserving the original coin within a new setting. My mother wears it every day. One day it will pass to me, and eventually to my daughter, Sienna.
